I eat this Mexican chicken recipe more than any other recipe on the site. My friends who follow me on MyFitnessPal make fun of me for how often I eat this. I can eat it for breakast, lunch, dinner, snacks… doesn’t matter. It is a very versatile recipe that you can do a ton of stuff with. And it’s another easy to prepare Crockpot recipe.
4 lbs of chicken breasts
1 package of fat free cream cheese
1 can of diced tomatoes and green chiles
4 tbsp taco seasoning
Just throw everything in the slow cooker for 4-6 hours on high and then enjoy!
