Ranch Seasoning

Ranch makes everything better. Unfortunately, whether it is the dressing or the packages of seasoning at the supermarket, they are full of unnecessary and unhealthy ingredients. This homemade ranch seasoning is a great replacement for the packaged stuff. If you look at the ingredient list on the store bought seasoning, you’ll find MSG, maltodextrin, etc. and the whole package contains about 80 calories. Instead this recipe gets it flavor from all natural spices and ingredients and is a basically calorie free addition to any dish. You can add the seasoning to light sour cream (or Greek yogurt) for more protein, or use it to cook with. It’s great on chicken. Hope you enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
5 tbsp dry, minced onion
7 tsp parsley
1 tsp garlic powder
4 tsp sea salt (or to taste)

DIRECTIONS
Just add all ingredients together and mix them up.
