Our boot camps are not the same old tired bodyweight routines you find at most places. Here we focus on increasing the intensity of the fundamental movements like squats, deadlifts, presses, etc. and introducing new variations and advanced exercises to ensure that we push past your body’s adaptation response to the previous challenges. We use basic barbells, dumbbells, rings and suspension straps, kettlebells, slamballs, chains, battle ropes, heavy tires, sledgehammers, sleds, kegs, and more in our classes!
Each day of training is centered around a main objective and we balance out the class with assistance work, mobility work, and conditioning work that is complementary to that objective. We don’t beat you up just so you leave feeling exhausted. We want you to train hard, and it’s our job to make sure you train smart. The number one goal is to keep you healthy, so you can continue to push your boundaries and make progress.
We also work with each client on tracking their nutrition and suggest adjustments that may be beneficial along the way in order to help you reach your goals, whether that is to lose fat, get stronger, gain muscle, or just be healthier in general.
