If you are sick of treadmills, ellipticals, and other traditional forms of cardio, come try out one of my kickboxing classes!  Kickboxing is a unique workout that uses your entire body, develops power and force production, and vastly improves cardiovascular performance.  It is also a valuable self-defense skill and a great stress reliever.  Clients rotate between a speed bag, a double end bag, a double-double end bag, several heavy bags, and with me using focus mitts during the class.  We incorporate punches, kicks, elbows, knees, and cover all aspects of striking.  We change the timing of the rounds from class to class and work in intervals, full boxing rounds, and MMA rounds.  Everyone is drenched in sweat by the time they leave!
